Your Event Manager/Day of coordinator is responsible for overseeing the entire event to ensure it runs smoothly and according to plan. Your day of coordinator will review your day of timeline, execute placement of decorations, coordinate with venue coordinators and other vendors on their arrival and placements, guest management and post-event cleanup. Event Management services begin 45 days out from event date.

Partial and full event management covers us tagging along for venue tours, tastings, guest list management, seating arrangements and so much more!
